Frequently Asked Questions
What does endurance team support include?
Race strategy, crew chief operations, driver coaching, vehicle support, and team coordination throughout the event weekend. We handle the operational side so your drivers can focus on driving.
Do we need to bring our own car?
Yes. This service is for teams that already have a race car. We provide the operational support — strategy, crew chief, coaching, and coordination — not the vehicle.
What series do you support?
We primarily support ChampCar and other grassroots endurance series. If you're running a multi-hour race with driver rotations, we can help.
Can we add mechanic support?
Yes. Lead mechanic and apprentice mechanic support are available as add-ons. We can also help source mechanics if you don't have your own.
How far in advance should we book?
At least 3-4 weeks before the event. Pre-race planning — stint schedules, fuel strategy, consumables — takes time to do well.
Do you travel to events outside Texas?
Yes. Event expenses (travel, lodging) are in addition to the base support fee. We've supported events across the southern US.
